Having our own investment properties in Queenstown that needed managing whilst we worked overseas, we quickly found out in order to keep our homes in tip-top shape we had to employ the services of a cleaner, landscaper, window cleaner, and hot tub serviceman; then just to get a simple light bulb changed… an electrician! After paying call-outs fees and contractor costs to all of the above, any profits were quickly being dissolved.

From this experience, we saw the need for a ‘fully inclusive’ property management solution.

We are simply continuing what we learned from managing resorts to looking after the management of your home to gain the best return for your investment,  ensuring guest satisfaction and encouraging return business year after year.

Queenstown Luxury Property Management is located in Queenstown, New Zealand, and provides a fully inclusive property management service including cleaning, landscaping & general maintenance services to holiday rental & residential property owners.

QLPM is owned and operated by Aaron & Bridget Murphy who have spent over 15 years managing five-star resorts in the Caribbean, Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. The properties we’ve managed have all been high-end homes. We have an exceptional eye for detail.

Aaron and Bridget returned home to Queenstown to raise their children after more than a decade travelling the world. For them, it was arguably the most perfect place to raise a family and welcome visitors. Wide expanses of alpine outdoors to explore and play, yet a vibrant mini-city culture in town for dining and entertaining.

In the winter skiing is less than 20 minutes from the door-step and in summer biking and hiking are their activities of choice. Hosting domestic and international visitors is a pleasure with so many free and paid excursions and activities to keep their visitors entertained.
